Job Title: Campaign Executive

Company: Hiring for Our Client (Digital Media Partner)

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up, optimizing, managing, and reporting on all activities related to Programmatic Buying campaigns.;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and offerings within the programmatic space, including DSPs, exchanges, SSPs, DMPs, and relevant technologies;
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of campaigns under supervision, ensuring that all ad media are consistently updated;
  • Handle the technical setup and execution of campaigns;
  • Guarantee successful delivery on internal and external platforms, meeting deadlines and budget requirements based on the inputs received;
  • Ensure creatives are functioning correctly and up-to-date; monitor feed settings and update them as necessary;
  • Monitor and report all key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Account Manager, including but not limited to revenues, cancellation rates, and seasonal trends, proactively ensuring the profitability of assigned accounts;
  • Prioritize tasks, organize work effectively, and adhere to clear and accurate documentation, following agreed-upon delivery processes at all times;
  • Collect and analyze data to inform the development of new campaigns and evaluate the effectiveness of existing ones;
  • Campaign optimization: based on daily reports the budget, bidding and frequency might change.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of online marketing and advertising solutions, including Social and Display, as well as CPM and CPA business models.
  • Experience in running Social Media Campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and others).
  • Understanding of the Programmatic Buying ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Basic HTML reading and skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Internet, and
  • Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the digital marketing field.
  • Passionate about the industry, including DOOH, DSP, SEO, SEM, creatives, and technology.

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, manage time, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Ability to articulate the unique aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Capable of working independently and completing assignments within the given parameters, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
